RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items from drops and/or limited editions cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Certain types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Similarly, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other items that cannot be returned:

*Drop items and/or limited edition items.
* Gift cards.
* Downloadable software.
* Certain health and personal care products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (where applicable)
* Books showing obvious signs of use
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed and your credit card or original method of payment will be automatically credited within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing delay before a refund is posted.
If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@munwa.fr.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only items at regular price are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that were initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace your item with the same item, email us at contact@munwa.fr and send your item to: 100 chemin de Lacoste Haut 46800 Lendou en Quercy.


gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who gave you the gift had the order shipped to themselves with the intention of giving it to you later, we will send the refund to them and they will know that you have returned their gift.


Shipping
To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address: 100 chemin de Lacoste Haut 46800 Lendou en Quercy.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach us may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
